A social media audit that shows where you lose budget
We analyse the campaigns, the creative, the sales funnel, lead quality and conversion tracking. We deliver a report with specific errors and a prioritised recovery plan - not general recommendations.
Warning signs you should not ignore
A social media audit is for you if you recognise even one of these scenarios.
Rising budget, stagnant results
You are increasing ad spend, but the cost of acquiring a customer is not falling. You do not know which campaigns actually generate sales and which only consume budget.
Low-quality leads
Forms are being filled in, but your sales team is not converting them into customers. The problem may be the targeting, the creative or the offer - the audit will show which.
No reliable conversion data
Campaigns are running, but you are not sure the tracking is correct. The data in Ads Manager does not match the CRM or Google Analytics.
A change of agency or specialist
You are taking over an account from a previous agency or an in-house specialist and want to know what state it is in - before making further decisions.
6 areas we analyse
The audit covers the whole path - from the account structure, through the creative and the funnel, to the data and the benchmarks.
Campaign structure
We review the account architecture: the split into campaigns and ad sets, budgeting, schedules, targeting and exclusions. We identify overlapping audiences and budget leaks.
Ad creative
We assess how well the active ads perform visually and in copy: CTR, relevance score, creative fatigue and fit with the funnel stage. We point out the formats worth scaling and those that drag results down.
Sales funnel
We map the whole customer journey: TOFU, MOFU, BOFU. We check whether the campaign delivers the right message to the right group at the right stage, and where the biggest drop-off happens.
Lead quality
We analyse data from the CRM or sales system: close rate, time to first contact and customer value by campaign source. Cheap leads do not always mean good leads.
Conversion tracking
We verify the configuration of the Meta Pixel, the Conversions API (CAPI), standard and custom events, and consistency with the data in GA4. Tracking errors directly sabotage the algorithm's optimisation.
Industry benchmarks
We compare your results with benchmarks for your sector and business model: CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS. You know where you actually stand against the market - not only against your own history.
You do not get a report.
You get decisions and an implementation plan.
Each of the four documents has a specific audience and a specific purpose. Not slides to read - material to act on.

How much a social media audit costs
For companies analysing one main paid social channel, most often Meta. Each additional channel is quoted separately.
- Analysis of the campaign structure and account settings
- Assessment of the creative and the ad messaging
- Verification of the pixel, CAPI and conversion events
- Analysis of lead quality and the sales funnel
- 4 output documents plus a 90-day plan
For companies operating at large scale that need a full picture of the whole marketing and sales setup.
- Everything in the Standard option
- Large ad budgets and several markets
- Several channels (Meta + TikTok + LinkedIn and others)
- A more complex sales funnel
- Many data sources and sales dependencies
The price depends on the number of channels, the complexity of the funnel, the availability of data and the scale of the activity.
We do not sell a 'campaign audit'
A campaign audit on its own is too narrow. It does not answer the question of whether marketing is delivering business results.
That is why we analyse the whole setup:
- media buying
- the messaging
- the landing page
- the form
- the data
- CRM
- feedback from sales
So you know not only what is going wrong, but also what to fix first, to win back margin and build scale.
