Problems
we help solve

When does consulting deliver the most value?

External support is worth most when an organisation has the operational skills but lacks a shared direction, objective prioritisation or the time for a deeper diagnosis.

01

It is not clear what actually drives results

What the problem is

The data is scattered, KPIs are hard to compare, and the impact of individual activities on sales is anything but obvious.

How we help

We put measurement right and bring the data into one model that lets you judge every activity by its business impact.

02

Marketing generates traffic but not the results you expect

What the problem is

The channels deliver impressions, but conversion and acquisition cost do not add up to a profitable model.

How we help

We analyse the entire customer journey - from the traffic source through messaging and offer to UX and conversion - to find the real causes of the problem.

03

Budget and resources are scattered

What the problem is

Investment goes into many areas at once, it is easy to end up with activity nobody can account for, and no one decides what to drop.

How we help

We prioritise activity by revenue impact, cost, risk, feasibility and dependencies.

04

Channels and teams work in silos

What the problem is

SEO, Paid Media, Social, UX, technology and analytics are optimised separately, often against goals of their own.

How we help

A coherent plan in one operating model, built on the customer journey, shared KPIs and clearly defined roles.

05

The team is focused on day-to-day delivery

What the problem is

The pace of day-to-day work leaves no room for a deeper diagnosis or for planning the next stage of growth.

How we help

We bring an independent perspective, methods and experience, while leaving the team the space to deliver.

06

The company is preparing for its next stage of growth

What the problem is

A new market, a bigger budget, a new offer or a change of model - with activity still based on earlier decisions.

How we help

We assess how ready the organisation is, identify the most important gaps and prepare a roadmap matched to the new scale.

07

Your digital marketing is not working the way it should

What the problem is

You can see that your digital marketing is not working as well as it should, but it is hard to point to one specific cause. The problem may sit in the strategy, the data, the channels, the processes, the team or the way decisions are made.

How we help

We diagnose the situation as a whole, set the priorities and point to the first set of actions that makes the most business sense.

Value for the clientOne picture of the situation, shared priorities and a clear answer: what to stop, what to fix, what to launch, and where to invest more or less.

Closed loop · 04 stages

From the business problem
to lasting change

We start from the business problem, not from the channels. We identify the causes, choose the activities with the highest potential and put a mechanism of continuous verification in place.

DiscoverMeasure & improve
DiscoverStage 01

Discovery and diagnosis

Business goals, customers, customer journey. We form hypotheses and verify them with data.

DiagnoseStage 02

Root cause analysis

Data, channels, conversion paths, processes. We look for causes, not symptoms.

PrioritizeStage 03

Priorities and roadmap

Impact vs Effort, RICE, MoSCoW. Priorities, roadmap, KPIs and action scenarios.

Execute & measureStage 04

Implementation and measurement

Implementation plan, responsibilities, execution. We verify the results and decide what to scale.

We can deliver the audit alone or the full cycle - from diagnosis through implementation oversight to the next iteration.

07 / FAQ

Before you
decide

Ten questions we hear most often before a consulting process starts.

Yes. Every channel strategy is a separate analytical project with a concrete deliverable - a strategy document and a 12-month action plan. You can stop there and implement the plan with your own team, or hand it to another agency to execute. Many clients choose this as an introduction to working together - if the strategy proves sound, we move smoothly into running the channel.

A channel audit assesses the current state - what works, what does not, what the technical errors and gaps are. A channel strategy covers the audit PLUS a plan for the future: keyword and intent mapping, the structure of the ad accounts, a publishing plan, a 12-month sequence of activity, KPIs and budgeting.

An audit is a diagnosis of the current state - what works, what does not, where the gaps in data and processes are. A strategy is a plan for the future - which goals to reach, which channels to invest in, with what budget and in what sequence. The audit is the foundation of the strategy.

Strategy makes sense when you do not know where to invest the budget, when several channels run in parallel with no clear hierarchy, or when you are planning a significant increase in spend. Execution makes sense when the strategy is clear but you lack the operational people in a specific channel.

We work in three models: a one-off strategic audit (from a few thousand złoty), a Deep-Dive Workshop for the marketing and sales team (quoted individually) and a Strategic Retainer / Fractional CMO on a monthly basis (from a few thousand złoty a month). Every quote is preceded by a free consultation.

A fractional CMO is a senior marketing strategist who acts as marketing director part-time - typically 2-4 days a month. A model for companies that do not yet need a full-time CMO but do need senior-level strategic decisions, team mentoring and budget oversight.

Strategic audit: 3-6 weeks from brief to report. Deep-Dive Workshop: 4-6 weeks. A full 12-month digital strategy with an implementation roadmap: 6-10 weeks. Strategic Retainer: ongoing work, with the first strategic decisions in 4-6 weeks and measurable business results in 3-6 months.

We work with your existing team, not instead of it. A strategy with no owners inside the company is never implemented - which is why we involve the marketing lead, the sales lead and key specialists from day one.

You receive: a documented 12-month digital marketing strategy, personas and an Ideal Customer Profile, a customer journey map, a channel map with budget and KPIs, a quarterly implementation roadmap, an OKR/KPI framework and a list of quick wins for the first 30 days.

Yes - having the decision-makers in the room is a condition for the workshop to work. A strategy the board has not helped to create will not be approved, and so will never be implemented.
